How reports work

  • Paste a listing URL, add any known vehicle details, then purchase the report when the draft looks right.
  • The platform generates a structured report with fair-value guidance, red flags, comparables, and negotiation advice.
  • Completed reports remain available from the dashboard and report history.

Payments and refunds

  • Reports are bought one at a time. Mobile purchase flows are not part of v1.
  • Refunds are reviewed through support and, when approved, are processed back to the original payment method. Refund status is shown against the affected report and may take a few business days to appear on the card statement.
  • Failed payments keep the report awaiting payment so checkout can be retried without creating duplicate report drafts.

Accuracy and disclaimers

  • This report is general information only and is not a substitute for an independent mechanical inspection, PPSR check, or professional advice. Verify all figures and the vehicle's condition independently before purchase.
  • Confidence ratings reflect available listing detail, comparable data quality, and uncertainty in the generated analysis.
  • Private-sale checks such as PPSR, registration, roadworthy status, and independent inspection remain buyer responsibilities.

Data privacy

  • Reports, listings, uploads, and payments are scoped to the authenticated user server-side.
  • Account deletion requests anonymise personal profile data while retaining required report/payment records for audit and accounting.
  • Secrets and provider credentials are never exposed to the browser or mobile app bundle.
